A collaborative art/science project working with artists and scientists who have formed LABC — Liverpool arts and Bio-science collective. Set up for the continued creative exploration of hybrid projects. Palaces is one of these projects and is a national call for the donation of milk teeth to build a fantastic palace structure which comments on participation and stem cell research.
